The Anritsu Field Master Pro MS2090A series of spectrum analyzers offers performance never before available in a compact handheld instrument.

With continuous frequency coverage from 9 kHz to 54 GHz depending on the model, the Field Master Pro MS2090A is specifically designed to meet the testing challenges of a full range of wireless technologies in use today, including: 5G, LTE, wireless backhaul, aerospace/defense, satellite systems, and radar.

The Field Master Pro MS2090A offers the highest levels of RF performance available in a handheld touch screen spectrum analyzer, with a displayed average noise level (DANL) of -164 dBm and third order intercept (TOI) of +20 dBm (typical). This makes the measurements even more accurate than before.

For modulation measurements on digital systems, the 100 MHz modulation bandwidth coupled with best-in-class phase noise performance maximises measurement accuracy, while the typical amplitude accuracy of ±0.5 dB ensures confidence in transmitter power testing.

Rugged for field use, all versions offer a full range of features to speed up and simplify measurement, as well as improve ease of use.

RTSA ranges from 22 MHz (standard) to 110 MHz (optional) provide cellular interference monitoring capability to full ISM band signal analysis.

All versions include a spectrogram display that helps monitor the RF spectrum for intermittent or interfering signals.

Built-in channel power and occupied bandwidth measurements simplify the measurement and characterisation of radio transmission. IQ data capture of 5G images allows IQ data to be recorded for off-line processing on a PC using standard data analysis tools.
