The 6240F test system is used to perform fault detection measurements on coaxial cables from 10 MHz to 20 GHz. It is used with the IFR/AEROFLEX scalar analyzers for the 6800 series.
The 6840F IFR/AEROFLEX is still sold as a refurbished product by LEASAMETRIC, it is still supported and calibrated.
