The MI 3115 PV analyzer allows testing in accordance with IEC 62446 and supports all Category 1 and 2 tests and measurements.
For example, measurements of insulation resistance of PV strings, measurements of I/U characteristics, conversion of measured values to STC values and comparison with nominal values given by PV module manufacturers.
Cell irradiation and temperature are measured in real time using the wireless remote unit.
Additionally, Category 1 tests are consolidated into a single automatic test, allowing the user to perform all desired tests with a single press of the start button.
