The RTB2004 is a 4-ch 70 MHz oscilloscope from the ROHDE & SCHWARZ RTB2000 series.
With the 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), the RTB2004 displays performance four times higher than that of a traditional 8-bit converter. Your waveforms are more accurate and provide more signal detail.
In addition to its oscilloscope function, it has a logic analyzer, a protocol analyzer, a test pattern generator, as well as a digital voltmeter. It is also possible to integrate operating modes dedicated to frequency analysis, mask tests and long data acquisitions.
