The Rigol DG5000 Pro series are high-end dual-channel arbitrary function generators with a maximum frequency of 500 MHz and a high sampling rate of 2.5 Giga/s.
Both channels are isolated. The Rigol DG5000 Pro series, all feature a high resolution of 16 bits and a large memory depth of 64 Mpts/CH.
They generate waveforms such as sine, square, ramp, pulse, noise, arbitrary and harmonic, sweep and burst function, PRBS generator as well as analog and digital modulation.
These devices feature a large 10.1-inch LCD touch screen, making them easily accessible. Optionally, the device can be powered by a battery holder, allowing the function generator to be used in the field. It also has an internal memory of 128 GB. In addition, the device is equipped with LAN, USB host/device, HDMI interfaces and standard web control for remote access.
