The N9000 series is a high-power, real-time, high-performance measurement and control platform comprised of the N9000 measurement and control chassis and a variety of modules.
The N9000 is a standard chassis with a height of 4U and a width of 19 inches, supporting the insertion of battery-powered analog modules, programmable resistance modules, high-voltage power supply modules, and other types.
The chassis can accommodate 10 measurement and control modules in 10 slots, with electrical isolation of the modules.
The N9000 series supports local/remote and synchronous operation, enabling high-speed, multi-module synchronous control. It is widely applicable to multi-channel, high-integrity, high-power testing and high-precision NB101 measurement scenarios, including μA-level current measurement.
It is equipped with various test functions such as power mode, SOC simulation, sequence testing, graphing, and fault simulation.
