The PXIe-4080 is a high-performance, 300 V, 6-digit 1/2 multimeter that combines the measurement capabilities of two classic test instruments : a high-resolution digital multimeter and a digitizer.
In digital multimeter mode, the PXIe-4080 provides fast and accurate measurements of AC/DC voltage and current, 2- or 4-wire resistance, frequency/period, and is also suitable for diode testing.
In high-voltage isolated digitizer mode, the PXIe-4080 module can acquire signals at a maximum sampling rate of 1.8 MS/s.
