The InfiniiVision 3000T X-Series has Keysight’s high technology in a smaller package with a simple and intuitive interface.
It has the ability to capture glitches and elusive anomalies with a higher waveform update rate. It also has a wide range of software and probe options.

These Keysight digital oscilloscopes have a bandwidth of 100 MHz to 1 GHz.
PathWave BenchVue software allows remote control of the oscilloscope as well as automation of data logging and testing.
The update rate of 1,000,000 waveforms per second allows for more detailed signal viewing.
The 3000T X-Series oscilloscopes have a large 8.5″ capacitive touch screen.
