The Keysight E8257D series are fully synthesized signal generators with high output power, low phase noise, and AM/FM/PHASE and Pulses modulation capability.

The frequency range goes from 250KHz to 13/20/31.8/40/50/67 GHz and even 1100 GHz with an external converter.
