The Keysight E4980A analyser offers the combination of speed, versatility and accuracy for a wide range of component measurements. With fast and accurate measurement speed and exceptional low and high impedance performance, the E4980A is the ideal measuring instrument for the R&D sector as well as for component and material manufacturing testing. You will be able to improve your design and test productivity with LAN, USB and GPIB PC connectivity. The E4980A with the N1500A-005/006 Material Measurement Suite simplifies measurements from device setup to reporting.
Its frequency ranges from 20 Hz to 2 MHz. The Keysight E4980A tester is a follow-up to the Keysight 4284A and includes a modern PC interface.
