54754A Differential TDR/TDT Plug-In Module :

• Differential and single-ended TDR/TRT module,
• Perform superior and accurate testing with characteristic RMS noise of 0.25 mV (12.4 GHz bandwidth),
• 0.5 mV (18 GHz bandwidth), and a maximum input signal of plus/minus 2 VDC,
• Built-in step generators configurable for 1-port, 2-port common mode, or 2-port differential TDR or TDT measurements,
• With built-in TDR/TDT calibration, user-selectable edge speed, and optional S-Parameters, the Keysight 54754A makes testing easy and convenient,
