The Keithley 6517B electrometer is a high-resistance 5-digit multimeter that equips research laboratories around the world thanks to its exceptional performance for making sensitive measurements.
The 6517B provides reliable measurements of current levels up to 10A, charge levels of 1fC minimum, as well as the highest resistance measurements available.
The 6517B multimeter is capable of measuring a very wide voltage range up to 200 V with an input impedance of over 200 TΩ. With its low noise and drift performance, it is ideal for research on simple electronic devices, highly resistive nanowires and nanotubes, polymers and electrochemical applications.
