The high-performance 5540A Multi-Product Calibrator features new optimized calibration ranges to better accommodate the workload of your 4.5-digit digital multimeter.
The 5540A Calibrator is a modern, robust instrument with an intuitive graphical interface.
It calibrates popular 4.5-digit benchtop digital multimeters with improved test uncertainty ratios (TURs), oscilloscopes up to 600 MHz, and current clamp meters up to 1500 A with a DC output and new Fluke current coils.
Technical improvements include a 30 A DC output, reducing wait time during heavy use. The new range also allows you to calibrate a wide variety of thermocouple types, and a new thermocouple connector simplifies connection and expands temperature workload coverage.
Measurement capacity is increased when the 5540A is used with a 52120A amplifier to increase the current output to 6,000 A, allowing calibration of high-current components such as Rogowski coils.
