The SN 8310 AOIP is a standard voltage and current source.
It provides voltages from 100 nV to 110 V and currents from 1 nA to 110 mA with accuracies of 0.002% (20 ppm).
Entirely programmable by RS 232 bus (and/or IEEE 488 as an option) and rack-integrable, the SN 8310 fits perfectly into a test bench, but it can also be used on site due to its maneuverability and its measurement storage power.
