The 3020 Series are compact 3U high precision PXI modular RF signal generators with integrated dual-channel arbitrary waveform generator, (AWG).

Their functionality and performance are ideally matched to the needs of RF test systems for R&D manufacturing and design verification.

The 3020 Series support applications in the frequency range 100 kHz to 6 GHz, provide output power control ranging from -120 dBm to +17 dBm and support modulation bandwidths of up to 90 MHz.
